Corrections log
Starlink edits its help articles without notice. This page explains how we catch the drift and lists every fix we make.
How mistakes get caught
The site has no inbox or contact form, so corrections come from re-checking, not from messages. Each fact carries its reading date, and the build stops whenever a current fact has gone 30 days without being re-read. Each re-read compares Starlink’s current wording with the words we stored.
What happens when a page was wrong
- Re-read the original source: a Starlink support article, spec sheet, order list or the FCC rule text.
- Change the fact in the fact file, so every page that prints it updates at once.
- Move the page’s “Starlink facts re-read” date.
- Add a dated line below when the change alters what a reader should do.
